AUGUST 2, 2026 — RENVA Health today published its first Telehealth Cost Report, a comparison of pricing, cancellation policy, and fee transparency across 33 GLP-1 weight-loss telehealth providers.
The report's central finding: the average advertised starting price across the 33 providers analyzed is $147/month — but the average true monthly cost, once membership fees and required add-ons are factored in, runs $180/month, a $33 gap.
Other findings from the report:
"Telehealth pricing is confusing by design," the report states. "The base price and the real price are often two different offers, even when they display identically on a pricing page."
RENVA's research method sources all pricing, policy, and cancellation data directly from each provider's public website — no provider-supplied data is used, and affiliate relationships have zero weight in how providers are scored or ranked. Full methodology is published at renva.health/methodology.
The full report, including a provider-by-provider comparison table, is available at renva.health/reports/glp1-telehealth-cost-report.
